Terms of service

Effective October 27, 2026. Listing Launch Pack is a trade name (DBA) of Luxe Concepts LLC, 1150 N 87th Pl, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us").

1. What you're buying

A Listing Launch Pack is a set of marketing files for one real estate listing: a narrated video (vertical and horizontal), 6 social posts with captions, a printable flyer, a property web page and Meta ad creative and copy. The Agent plan is a monthly subscription for up to 4 packs and 8 personal-brand posts per month. Add-ons (rush delivery, ad management) are described at checkout.

2. Delivery

We deliver within 24 hours of receiving a complete intake form; complete forms received between 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern are delivered by 9 AM Eastern the next day. Rush orders are delivered within 6 hours. "Complete" means a working photo link, the listing facts (or a public listing link) and your brokerage details; if something is missing, the clock starts when we have it. If we deliver after the promised time, we refund the pack (including any rush fee) and you keep the files.

3. Your photos and materials

• You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, every photo, logo, headshot and other material you send, for marketing this listing.
• You give us a limited license to use those materials only to make and host your pack.
• You'll tell us right away if the photographer, brokerage or seller restricts their use. We remove anything you ask us to.
• You are responsible for claims that arise because you sent us materials you didn't have the right to use, and you'll cover our reasonable costs from those claims.
• We don't use your photos, listing facts or files to train AI models. We send our service providers only what each production step needs (privacy policy, section 7).

4. Accuracy, approvals and compliance

• We build the pack from the facts on your form and, if you give one, your public listing link. Before delivery a person checks the address spelling, price, beds, baths and square feet against them; if they disagree, we email you and hold the pack. You review and approve every file before you publish it.
• You confirm the listing is live on your MLS, or that your seller has approved public marketing, before you publish any file. The property page goes live only when you tell us to.
• If a fact or wording error is ours, we fix every affected file free within 12 hours, and if you already published it we also cover the reprint of any flyers you printed from the wrong file.
• We write property-only copy (we describe the home, never who should live there) and check it against a fair-housing word list. You remain responsible, as the licensee, for compliance with the Fair Housing Act, state advertising rules, your brokerage's policies and your MLS rules, including license and brokerage disclosures.
• We don't add, remove or change anything in the property in your photos. Videos pan and zoom across your photos as sent; posts, flyers, ads and the property page add text and design on top. Tell us if any output looks altered and we fix it.
• Videos use an AI-generated voiceover (or none) and AI-generated music for use with the video. Unbranded MLS versions, with no agent or brokerage branding in picture or sound, are provided on request.

5. Changes, redo or refund

Fixes to facts, wording, photo order and style are included for 14 days after delivery; redos are delivered within 12 hours. Small updates (price, open house, status) are free for 30 days after delivery. If the video isn't something you'd post, tell us within 14 days of delivery: we redo it, or refund the pack price, your choice. Refunds go to the original payment method. Refunds cover the pack price and any rush fee; the ad add-on fee is refunded if the ad hasn't launched; ad budget already spent with Meta is not refundable.

6. Ad management add-on

If you buy "we run the ad", we launch your Just Listed ad for 7 days from your Facebook Page and ad account (with access you grant), so you or your brokerage stay the advertiser of record. You approve the final ad before it runs. Access is Meta Business partner access with the ad tasks only, which you can remove at any time. Your ad budget is separate and is charged by Meta to your own ad account. We never reply to comments or messages on your Page: every inquiry stays with you. US housing ads run under Meta's Housing special ad category, which limits targeting. We don't guarantee views, leads, showings or a sale.

7. Agent plan

$399 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. Includes up to 4 packs and 8 personal-brand posts per month; extra packs are $149 each. On a team plan, packs may be ordered for any agent on the team. Cancel any time online from the link in your receipt; the plan ends at the end of the paid month. Unused packs don't roll over. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

8. Using the files

Once paid, you may use the files to market this listing and your own business, on any channel, without time limit. The music may be used with the video it ships with; don't extract it for other uses. Your photos remain the property of their owner. We may show your pack as a sample only with your written permission.

9. Hosting

We host the property page for 12 months after delivery, or for as long as you're on the Agent plan, then take it down (no renewal charge). Status changes (under contract, sold, withdrawn) and takedowns are free for the life of the page; email us and we do it within 1 business day. You can download it and host it yourself at any time.

10. Limits

The files are provided as described on our site; apart from the promises in these terms, we don't give other warranties. Our total liability for any pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack, and neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Contact and law

If we disagree, email us first and we'll try to fix it within 30 days; after that, either of us may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, or in small claims court where you live.
