Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026. Listing Launch Pack (listinglaunchpack.com) is a trade name (DBA) of Luxe Concepts LLC, 1150 N 87th Pl, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, Arizona ("we").

3. Your photos and materials

We use your photos, logo, headshot and listing facts only to make and host your own pack. We don't change anything in the home in your photos, we don't use them for anyone else, and we don't show your pack as an example without your written permission.

We don't use your photos, listing facts or files to train AI models.

4. Showing requests on property pages

When someone sends a showing request on a property page we host, we pass it to you, the agent, and keep it only as long as the page is up (section 8). We don't use those contacts for our own marketing.

5. Meta pixel, Conversions API and page counts

Our pages use the Meta pixel, code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and tells Meta when someone visits our pages, starts checkout, leaves an email or buys, so we can see which ads work and show our ads to people likely to be interested. When you buy, we may also send Meta your purchase and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and other checkout details through Meta's Conversions API to match it to an ad.

We also count, on our own server, how far visits get (for example: watched the video, saw the prices, opened a sample, clicked through to checkout, sent the listing form) and which ad and page version they came from. To tell visits apart, your browser keeps a random ID in its local storage (not a cookie). Nothing you type is sent with these counts, and we don't store IP addresses (only a scrambled daily version, to stop abuse, deleted the next day).

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our pages don't load the Meta pixel and don't send these counts. You can also limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies.

6. Selling and sharing (your privacy choices)

We don't sell your personal information for money and we don't rent our lists to anyone. The Meta pixel and Conversions API (section 5) may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email support@listinglaunchpack.com with "Do not share" in the subject.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is ever sold (they'd be bound by this policy).

9. Getting, correcting or deleting your data

Email support@listinglaunchpack.com to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. We reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires (like payment records) and will tell you if so.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and several other US states, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising (section 6). We honor these for everyone and won't treat you differently for using them. We may need to confirm it's you first.

11. Security, children, changes

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people doing your work. No system is perfectly secure. Our services are for real estate professionals; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and email customers about any big change.
